The Lounge • How to contact forum administrator?

I have a Joomla forum login - all perfectly working - but when I tried to log-in just now the forum responded:

The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.

So I searched and searched... tried reset password... tried "forgot username"... I wonder how you contact an administrator without being able to log in LOL.

So here I am back with a new account I created just for the purpose of being able to log into my previous account.

Any help or advice welcome!
