HI, i tested all the suggestions above. But the site wont show. Seems to be database problem.
(session_start(): Failed to read session data: user (path: c:/wamp64/tmp) in C:\wamp64\www\matmonster\libraries\joomla\session\handler\native.php on line 260)
I have set all permissions to folder. Its like the old backup of my site requests a login to continue. I also tried to install joomla 3.8 then copy my files over the installations. Then i get same error like above..
So seems like it's something that stops joomla to startup.![:(]( "Sad")
I also setup a user in mysql with same login and password like old database, but same error..
